ABUJA, Nigeria – The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja today granted stay of exectution in the ruling of the Federal High Court which suspended Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as chairman of the All Progressive Congress(APC).
The Appeal Court which initially suspended sitting on the matter, eventually made a u-turn and opted to hear the stay of execution filed by lawyers to Adams Oshiomhole.

During the hearing of the case, at around 4pm, the Justices of the Appeal Court were unanimous in setting aside the ruling of the FCT High Court following a suit filed by Mustapha Salihu.
The Appeal Court also restrained Mustapha Salihu and others from interfering in the affairs of APC. The ruling threw Adams Oshiomhole into frenzy, dancing all the way to the Glory of God.
