LAGOS, Nigeria – Former President of Egypt, Hosni Mubarak, who was sacked in 2011 is dead. He was 91.
Hosni Mubarak was convicted for killings of protesters during an uprising in Egypt but was later set free by another court in March 2017.
Hosni Mubarak ruled Egypt for three decades but was saked by the military following Arab Spring, a revolution which swept through North Africa.
Hosni Mubarak who went through a successful surgery in late January died in a military hospital. He was born in 1928.
