LAGOS, Nigeria – Abiri Oluwabusayomi better known as Khloe in the Big Brother reality show has blossomed into a big girl. Khoe, who has the unique figure highly demanded in the days of Mnet Face of Africa been able to secure some modeling deals and she has been all over town travelling from one city to the other having the best of fun.
But it seems fame has gotten the better side of her and she had decided to turn on her classmates, calling them out for ephemeral issues peculiar to life in secondary schools and the tertiary institution.
Obviously, Khloe was bullied and jeered during her formative years by classmates like any other person. Such memories are very often relieved with smiles in the most quiet moments but not Khloe who seemed to have bottled up some of these issues, refusing to let go.
She seems to have been oblivious of the fact that many who were successful in their prime have suddenly paled into insignificance mainly due to inability to manage success.
Read her outburst: “A few people who teased me in high school and middle school actually follow me on the social media now and just wanna say you all look … mess”, in one of her post on social media. In another, she said, “This is direct, catch you sub, Lasmodcom 2009 alumni pick your grains. Awon werey”, she said of her peers at Lagos State Model College, Meran.
“kokobykhloe This is directCatch your sub. Lasmodcom 2009 alumni pick your grains 😡😡😡Awon werey “, she said.
Khloe’s classmates’ reaction
But while some have continued to hail her for this rudeness, those who love her have said she must tread with caution and be humble. Some said, it is too early.
Opeyeni Duru sees her outburst as a sign of depression. “Get help khloe . You ‘re depressed. You ‘re such a mess”, while Mr. ZHelen, warned, “Koko…it’s too early”.
Onwutalobi Jane made it clear to Khloe that social media is not an achievement, adding “You are rude”. Grace X however proffers solution this way, “Khole I have a husband for you please, calm down, depression is real”.
MK Reki warned against looking down on others since no condition is permanent. “No condition is permanent never look down on others no matter what, it sounds more like a grudge 😮 not funny at all”, he advised.
Unkle Waterless makes the point quite clear when he said, “@ koko stay humble, the world we are is like a tide , who know knows , the tide will blow to favour them and u might need them in one way or the other”.
Kayz went a step further, stressing “So if they are calling celebrity, you too will come out and claim celebrity? Thank God for bbn Sha.. some of your classmates self are doing better than you ..Arindi”.
But another decided to speak the truth to her, saying that those actually following her could actually be more successful”, he said of the Big Brother discovery.
