OSHODI, Lagos, Nigeria – The office of National Union of Road Transport Workers(NURTW), Lagos State chapter- led by Alhaji Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya better known as MC Oluomo has presented a total cash sum of N500,000 to two elderly staff of the state chapter.
MC Oluomo made the presentation in Oshodi after the inauguration of the state chapter in Lagos. He described the gesture as an act of good will and humanitarian feeling.
The cash sums N250,000 each, making N500,000 were presented to the two through deputy Chairman Alhaji Sulaimon Ojora ‘Kudety.
“Act of good will and humanitarian feeling, the State Chairman NURTW Lagos Council Alhaji Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya Mc Oluomo.
“The deputy Chairman Alhaji Sulaimon Ojora ‘Kudety’ on behalf of the state chairman present two (2) over age staffs with the sum of two hundred and fifty thousand to each”, the NURT said.
