LAGOS, Nigeria – Natacha Akide, (Simply Tacha) the most popular housemate in the just concluded Big Brother Naija(BBN2019) today confessed that Biggie, the invisible personality in the BBN reality show turned her on while she was in the house.
Tacha who was speaking during an interview on Cool Fm said the incident occured when Biggie invited her for a diary session during the BBN show.
It was on a Monday morning, she recalled, “when Frodd won the Ultimate Veto Power and Biggie called Tacha”, she said, adding that the way Biggie spoke to her, his voice and vibrations turned her on. “I was so excited”, she recalled of Big Brother, whom she sad facinated her the most during her duration in the house.
“His voice, there was a time Biggie turned me on, the Monday, Frodd had Ultimate veto power, and he called Tacha, that turned me on, I was so excited”, she said, adding that he actually had no interraction with Biggie. “I just sat down and when I came out from the diary room and Mercy was still on”, she recalled.
Tacha also had a beef for Biggie for disqualifying her from the show even when she had the highest followership. She said she does not know why Biggie decided that her eviction was the best option as at that time. She said the eviction shock her to such an extent that she became withdrawn, moreover when the poll showed her to be in the lead in all time votes cast.
“If I was in the house, I would have won, I said it on stage, I was there to win, every other person was a passenger. I felt sad, coming out of the house”, she explained.
She also spoke on the online speculation that Big Brother refused to release her after her eviction and her alleged refusal to grant interview to Big Brother. She said it was not a case that the organisers held her captive but a case of her refusing to talk when the reality dawned on her.
“It was too much when I was evicted, they know I am good. I was just off the social media. I switched-off my phone , I was just indoor, reminescing just finding out what the whole thing was, feeling remourseful and regretful”, she said, adding that the endorsement by Lipton Ice Tea has lifted her spirit and for this she is grateful for Tbillz, her manager.
“We chose ourself”, she said, stressing that the vision of Tbillz matched her vission. “Tbillz is amazing, we are getting on together”, she said.
Tacha who refused to disclose the name of her boyfriend however described him as amazing for holding on while she was away, mobilising fans for a rally in Port Harcourt, spending the exact cash allocated for each rally, the online campaign with a lot of online presence with assistant from the Titans.
“He is not my brother, he is my twin, 101 percent. What he pulled up all by himself with support of Titans, shout out to him”, she said of her boy friend.
As for Zlatan, she said “I love Zlantan, I love his music”. She described her relationship with Seyi Awolowo as great but that all the housemates have been very busy and too busy to hang out together. She said Sir Dee, Seyi and Khaffi are her closest friend and those she got along with the more. As for Mercy, she said, “I and mercy were good. I connected with everybody, but least connection, may be Jackey”, she said and that she was devastated when Isilomo was evicted.
Tacha who said she has been very remorseful and learnt from her errors in the house added that the clash between her and Mercy was the first and last. “We have been good to each other from day one, but for that money, I doint know what Biggie put into consideration and came up with the decision, but I am grateful for the platform”, she said, adding that she has learnt to be lively and do more of smilling.
“Coming out, people around me said, I was not smilling alot. So, I want to smile more now”, she said ahead of her home coming show to Port Harcourt, the garden city.
