LAGOS, Nigeria – Busola Dakolo, the professional photographer and wife of R&B singer, Timi Dakolo has opened up on stories making the rounds that she has signed a counter petition.

In a statement, Busola Dakolo who accused Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly(COZA) of sexually abusing her and rape said she neither signed a counter petition nor acquieced to any counter petition.

She said her case with the COZA pastor has not come to an end and that the case is about many young girls who must know that they can get justice when they speak up and that she will continue to be resolute and thanked all those who stood with her all throug the saga.

“Our legal and police case continues. This has not ended by any chance. This is about many young girls who must know they can get justice when they speak. I continue to be resolute and thank you for standing with us”, she said/

The interview with the UK Guardian was held two weeks ago when the police came to my house. It is not a new interview. 
I did not sign a counter petition or acquiesce to any counter petition.

I am very grateful for all those who have reached out, including from institutions that are to help us get justice.

Our legal and police case continues. This has not ended by any chance. This is about many young girls who must know they can get justice when they speak. I continue to be resolute and thank you for standing with us.

Busola Dakolo’s case came into the open when she granted a video interview that the Biodun Fatoyinbo sexually abused her severally. The pastor has denied the allegation claiming that he will never rape anybody even as an unbeliever.
