ABUJA, Nigeria – The Federal Government through the Ministry of Agriculture has awarded the first contracts for the construction of eight Ruga Settlements or Fulani Settlements in Taraba State at a cost of N166, 336, 380.
In letter addressed to the contractor, Mas Prudent Ltd, located at Suit D16, Danziyal Plaza, signed by Dr. Hassan Adamu, Director Procurement in the Ministry of Agriculture, the contract has a completion period of four weeks with effect from May 21, 2019.
‘You are therefore required to indicate within one week your acceptance of this offer to the office of Director of Procurement, Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Abuja otherwise the offer will be considered lasped.
“Thereafter you are to liase with the Director, Rural Development for detailed specification/scope of the work as well as adequate supervision of the contract and Director Legal Services for signing of the contract agreement documents”, the letter added, warning that the contract is not transferable.
