IKEJA, Lagos, Nigeria – Former chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association(NBA), Mr. Adesina Ogunlana today collapsed in court.
The former chairman who was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC) today on 30 count charge of fraud and stealing collapsed inside the dock shortly after the 30 count charges were read to him and others.
He collapsed just as counsel for Adesina was arguing his bail application, which was opposed by the prosecution. He collapsed inside the dock and was assisted to sit on a chair.
As at the time of filing this report he was calm, seated but looking quite frail. Details later
