AIYETORO, Ogun, Nigeria – It seems there will be no end to wonders as events continue to unfold in the twenty-first century. But this time, it was at Metorite Standard School, Aiyetoro in Ogun State.




According to Punch Metro, the proprietor of the school, Mr. Afolayan Joseph allegedly tied two pupils of the school to wooden crosses and began flogging them with horsewhip for coming late to school.

A policemen, identified as Livinus, who witnessed the incident was allegedly beaten up with horsewhip when he cautioned the proprietor. The suspects were later arrested and taken to Itele Police Station where they are helping the police to investigate the matter.
