IKEJA, Lagos, Nigeria – Operatives of the Lagos command of the Nigeria Police Force, NPF have arrested a suspected ritualist called Victor Achidume(43) for shaving and collecting pubic hairs from youths he lured into his home.
The suspects, according to the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, Mr. Edgal Imohimi lures youths, mostly boys between the age of 11 to 15 years to his house to watch football game.
But after the game, the suspect, we gathered will them shave off their ampit and pubic hair and would thereafter give them money between N100 TO N200.
According to the police, the suspects has been arrested while investigation is ongoing.
