AGBADO, Lagos, Nigeria – Total Value Nigeria limited, the contractor handling the remodeling of Ile Epo Market in Agbado Oke-Odo Local Government Area of Lagos state has assured that traders are in for a better deal upon completion of the project. Speaking through its alter ego, Chris Simon Onyekachi, the company said the present location of the market deserves nothing but a good structure
According to him the market as it is presently, constitutes an eyesore and that it is not befitting the Mega City status of Lagos state.
According to him, the new design accommodates modern facilities to enhance ease of buying and selling. He added that adequate security arrangements have been put in place to guarantee security of lives and properties.
He stated further that when completed, the current occupiers would be given right of first purchase at a discount rate. He solicited for the cooperation of all the stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
He was full of appreciation for the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Akinwumi Ambode for his vision in transforming the state into a mega city, saying that the company will always work in line with that vision.
