IKEJA,Lagos, Nigeria – A Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja today issued a bench warrant for the arrest of CEO Innoson Motors, Mr. Innocent Chukwuma who is on trial by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for forgery and fraud.
Justice Mojisola Dada issued the bench warrant following the refusal of Chukwuma to appear before the court. He was absent on January 17 when he was to be arraigned. He was also not present today but with a different lawyer. Details later
