CODE OF CONDUCT TRIBUNAL TO ARRAIGN 33 CIVIL SERVANTS OVER FAILURE TO DECLARE ASSETS

ABUJA, Nigeria -Chairman Code of Conduct Tribunal, Hon Danladi Yakubu Umar, has approved 7th November, 2017, for the arraignment of two Directors and 31 Senior Federal civil Servants, making 33 for alleged breached of Code of Conduct laws.




The approval was sequel to request from Code of Conduct Bureau for his Lordship to commence trial of the Civil servants whom were drawn from Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Federal Ministry of Environment and Others from some Federal Agencies thus; Nigeria Geological Survey and National Orientation Agency, (NOA).

The alleged charges against the officers all border on asset declaration breached, as filed by Code of Conduct Bureau through the office of Attorney General of the Federation.
