SANTA BABARA, California, U.S – All is now set for the Neverland Ranch of late pop icon, Michael Jackson to metamorphose into Michael Jackson Museum.
This is because, Triumph International, which is in charge of intellectual property for the Jackson estate, has filed documents registering the title ‘Neverland Ranch’ for multiple entertainment purposes.
If granrted, the ranch will in the coming days be operated as a museum which will give access to tourists ” and “non-downloadable musical performances, musical videos, film clips, photographs and other multimedia materials featuring music and/or visual representations of Michael Jackson.
Sources close to the estate told The Blast that several locations are being considered for the Michael Jackson museum including the ranch in Sycamore Valley, California and the Jackson childhood home in Encino, Los Angeles.
The Neverland Ranch is a lavish garden, with a pet zoo and fairground rides, co-owned by the late singer’s estate and a private equity firm.
The ranch, which was offered for sale for a mouth-watering price of $100 million US dollars (£75.5 million )since 2015 has been downgraded in March 2017. It is now offered for $67 million [£50.5 million].
