The Neverland Ranch is a lavish garden, with a pet zoo and fairground rides, co-owned by the late singer’s estate and a private equity firm.

The ranch, which was offered for sale for a mouth-watering price of $100 million US dollars (£75.5 million )since 2015 has been downgraded in March 2017. It is now offered for $67 million [£50.5 million].
