With little cash you can take off as a Small and Medium Scale Enterprises, SMSE, making liquid soap which is currently in high demand. This is because liquid detergents are best used for dish washing in homes, hotels and suitable for car wash.
To start production, you will need the following chemicals: Texapon ½ kilogramme, water, 20 litres, Sulphoric acid 1½ litres, Natrosol 1/4 of a litre, Caustic Soda ½ kilogramme, Soda ash ½ kilogramme, Foam booster(S.L:S) 1/4 of a kilogramme, STPP ½ kilogramme, Colour(green water soluble), Perfume(lemon)½ litre and Glycerine ½ litre. You also need a bowl or container.
Please note that Sulphuric acid mentioned above is very dangerous. It burns items it touches and as such must be handled with care during production.
To start the process, please dissolve Natrosol in 20 litres of water. Then, dissolve Solda ash in 1 litres of water and pour into Natrosol. Dissolve Sulphoric acid and Texapon together in a small bowl and pour into the mixture.
Dissolve STPP in 1 litre of water and pour into the mixture. Disolve SLS in 2 litres of water and pour into the mixture. Then add Glycerine to the mixture. Then add colour which has been dissolved in ½ litre of water. Finally, add perfume and mix very well.
Measure in small containers and be ready to hit the market and start making your money.
