IKEJA, Lagos, Nigeria – This young man was caught on camera this morning making phone calls in the premises of the Ikeja High Court.
He is of course excused since there are no provisions for seats.
But what about the car seat. Perhaps, the booth or tailgate as some may call it offers more network reception.
