WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump of the United States is angry over refusal of the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals to upturn the ruling of a Seatle Court that put a halt to his Executive Order, banning individuals from 7 countries, predominantly Muslims from entering the U.S.

Trump tweeted, in reply to the rulling that national security was at state that there would be a legal challenge of the judgement.”See you in court, the security of our nation is at stake”, he tweeted.

In a unanimous ruling on Thursday, the three justices said the government failed to prove convincingly that there was terror threat to the U.S to justify revival of the ban.

The affected countries are Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.

The Trump ban had seperated families making it impossible for those outside the U.S when the order came into place to unite with their families in the US.

It also affected companies like Google and many others that move workers to and fro U.S.

Trump has however hinted of his intention to approach the Supreme Court in his quest to activate the ban.

The judges said both sides had made compelling cases: “On the one hand, the public has a powerful interest in national security and in the ability of an elected president to enact policies.

“And on the other, the public also has an interest in free flow of travel, in avoiding separation of families, and in freedom from discrimination,” but that Trump’s lawyers did not make their case.

“Rather than explaining why the temporary travel ban was needed, the administration argued that the president’s authority on immigration was so sweeping that they did not have to explain why the order was necessary”, the judges said.
