LAGOS – Embattled billionaire, who lost out in the race to represent Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the Onto Governorship race has congratulated candidate of the All Progressive Congress(APC) Rotimi Akeredolu, SAN, who he said has shot into unassailable lead in the election.

Ibrahim did not support Jegede for the election, he asked his supporters and PDP to vote for candidate of the All Progressive Congress(APC), Rotimi Akeredolu.

However, in a statement, he said, “congregations, I have computed the results sent to me from 2701 wards by my party agents across Ondo State. It shows you are leading with unrecoverable margin”, he said.

“I congratulate you as governor elect of our lovely state. I will advise you to quickly maintain distance from Mimiko if you want to succeed.

“I have no doubt that you will urgently create hope for our people. Kindly do whatever you can to assist our lovely civil servants. I saw poverty in those villages I visited. Please kindly assist traditional rulers”, he said.

“Onto State account requires clear audit and this is for immediate recovery of our money to assist in major infrastructure”, he said.
