Nigeria, Oct 12, 2016 – Scores of people have been killed when suspected members of the Boko Haram terrorists detonated an explosion in a convoy at Muna Garage on the way to Gamboru Ngala.
According to Daily Trust, at least 18 bodies have been deposited at Maiduguri Specialist Hospital morgue with more being expected.
However, the Nigeria Police in Borno which confirmed the incident are saying that only five people died, while five others sustained injuries.
Another Improvised Explosive Device (IED) found in the damaged vehicle where the first IED exploded was said to have been neutralized.
