HODEN ADEN JAILED FOR KILLING 2 YEAR OLD GIRL IN WEMBLEY

Wembley, Sept., 12, 2016 – Hoden Aden, (44) has been sentenced by Harrow Crown Court for killing a two-year-old girl, Fahima Hassan in a road traffic collision.

She was given 14 months’ imprisonment suspended for two years. She is also required to carry out unpaid work of 120 hours to be completed within 12 months. Haden Aden was in addition disqualified from driving for 18 months commencing on Monday, 26 September and to pay court costs of £120.

Aden drove careless and caused the death of the two year old girl. The court heard how at approximately 20:20hrs on Thursday, 11 September 2014, two-year-old Fahima Hassan, of Kingsbury, was in the car park with her mother at Asda, Forty Lane, Wembley.

Fahima and her mother had just left the store and were in the road near a zebra style crossing point when Aden’s Volkswagen Tiguan collided with the child.

She later told police she thought she had struck a trolley. Despite the efforts of the emergency services, Fahima died in hospital later that same day. Aden was interviewed twice under caution in September and December 2014.
