Prince Rogers Nelson, died of Fentanyl Toxicity




USA, June 3, 2016 – The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office in the United States has uncovered what led to the sudden death of the multi-talented American musician, Prince Rogers Nelson.

Prince Rogers Nelson died in April, 2016 in the US.
In a press statement accompanied by the report of the investigation, the Examiner said the musician died of an accident resulting from a “self administered fentanyl”, the medical report said.

Specifically, the report indicated ‘Fentanyl Toxicity’.The Examiner’s Office did not reveal further details.

“Under Minnesota law, all other medical examiner data is considered private or non public data. The Medical Examiner’s Office is unable to make any further comments about his death and investigation of Prince Nelson”, the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office said.

The report however indicated that Prince Rogers Nelson died in his residence at 7801 Audubon Road, Chanhassen, US. At the time of death, he was 57, 63 inches and weighs 112 and was divorced, the report by Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office said.

In his tribute on his death in April, President Barack Obama described Prince Nelson Rogers as an electrifying performer.

“As one of the most gifted and prolific musicians of our time, Prince did it all. Funk. R&B. Rock and roll. He was a virtuoso instrumentalist, a brilliant bandleader, and an electrifying performer”, he said.
