Nigeria, June, 10, 2016 – Five suspects alleged to have been responsible for chopping off the head of an Igbo Woman, Madam Bridget Agbaneme (74) in Kano State, Nigeria and jubilating about the incident were today paraded before a Kano State magistrate court.
They were arraigned on four count charge of inciting public disturbance, joint act, culpable homicide and mischief.
They were arraigned before Chief Magistrate Court, Kano for alleged killing of an Igbo Woman, Madam Bridget Agbaneme.
The accused were arraigned on four count charge of inciting public disturbance, joint act, culpable homicide and mischief. She was killed by mob at Kofar-Wambai market in Kano metropolis last week Thursday. The deceased was accused for allegedly making blasphemous statements against the Holy Prophet of Islam, Muhammad.
