The skipper appealed to the authorities to have a human face by moving the game. He questioned the rationale behind the postponement of Ranger’s game with Elkanemi while insisting that Heartland should play on Friday night.
Meanwhile the management of Heartland FC has appealed against the proposed Friday night game on the ground that it will give undue advantage to Rangers International.
“The club supports innovations in the league but cannot sacrifice the lives of her players on the altar of innovation and monetary gains”, Heartland FC said in a statement.
