October 07, 2015 – A model called Chloe Goins has filed a suit at the US District Court in Los Angeles, against American Comedian and actor, Bill Cosby for sexual assault.
The model who spoke to reporters in Los Angeles said Cosby drugged and sexually abused her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008.
The plaintiff is seeking punitive damages for problems she has endured since the incident, including mental anguish, loss of self-esteem and dignity.
“Bill Cosby touched an intimate part of Chloe Goins’ body while she was seriously disabled and or unconscious,” her lawyer said in the suit.
Cosby who has been severally accused by many ladies for same offence is being sued for the third time.
Three of his accusers are in addition to sexual assult suing him for defamation of character for branding them liars when they opened up on the incidents.
Other people who have filed a suit against the comedian include Judy Huth, who claimed that Cosby molested her at the Playboy Mansion around 1974 when she was 15.
The lawsuit includes a list of 40 women who have accused Cosby of sexual misconduct, most of them using fake names.
In the suit, Goins said she met Cosby at the Playboy Mansion, who gave her drink that made her sick and dizzy and that Cosby then offered to take her to a room to lie down, where she blacked out.
When she awoke, Goins found herself naked, her breasts were wet and sticky and Cosby was lower down on the bed biting one of her toes. The comedian left the room when Goins awoke and confronted him about what he was doing.
According to the suit, Goins at no time gave Bill Cosby consent to touch her body in any way, let alone in a sexual manner .
