[wysija_form id=”1″]March 13, 2015 – Armed robbers on Thursday unleashed mayhem in Lekki, Lagos State, killing at least four people.
Among those killed were three policemen and an innocent girl selling fish in the area.
We gathered that the robbers stormed the Admiralty Way branch of FCMB, where they took away large sum of money.
Eye witnesses say that the robbers who were decked in military uniform escaped on flying boat through the waterways.
According to eye witness account, the escaping robbers shot sporadically into the air to scare many who had to abandon their vehicles and run for dear life.
The incident engendered chaos and heavy traffic build up in the axis.
