I Will Not Leave APC No Matter the Outcome of Primaries – Buhari

December 7, 2014 – Former military junta, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari has said that he will not leave the All Progressive Congress(APC) no matter the outcome of the presidential primaries slated for December 10 and 11, 2014 in Lagos.

Buhari who is favoured to win the primaries announced on Channels that all the 5 presidential candidates of the party have signed the bond never to leave the party.

He said the bond is meant to strengthen the party in the quest to wrest power from the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The candidates that would slug it out a the Teslim Balogun stadium include Buhari, former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Kano State Governor, Rabiu Kwankwanswo, Imo State Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha and publisher of Leadership newspaper, Sam Nda-Isaiah.

He said the condition that made him to leave the All Nigeria’s Peoples Party(ANPP) to form the Congress of Progressive Change (CPC) are quite different from what is obtained from the APC and that he and all the candidates agreed to sign the bond because they believe in supremacy of the party.
