At least one person was confirmed dead and eight others injured when a bomb concealed in a refrigerator detonated in New Road Motor Park in Sabon Gari, Kano State.
Police sources have identified the deceased as a woman .
The Kano explosion took place just a day after twin explosions rocked Kaduna killing at least 25 people on the spot. Sources in Kaduna say the death toll has risen to 76.
Nigeria’s former Head of State General Muhammadu Buhari and a Muslim Cleric, Sheik Dahiru Bauchi were the target of the Kaduna attacks.
