Mr. Dele Balogun has been appointed as the new Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Film and Video Censors Board (LSFVCB). Balogun succeeds Mr. Dapo Awobotu, who has retired from service at the age of 60.
Until his appointment, Balogun was an Assistant Director of Public Relations in the Public Service Office. Balogun has private and public sector experience in journalism, public relations and marketing spanning over 23 years.
He is an alumnus of the University of Lagos and the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Balogun also belongs to some professional associations including the Nigeria Union of Journalists and the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations.
