The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has described the killing of 28 students and a teacher in Mamudo, Yobe State as a sacrilege, stressing that the forces of nature will collaborate to unearth the killers.

Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr. Tony Okeke said the killing is monstrous, horrible and a direct effrontery to God and the height of wickedness only fit for the Devil. Okeke noted that nobody has the right to take the life of another person under any guise and charged the security forces to rise up to the occasion and ensure that the killers and their supporters are tracked down and made to face the consequence of their actions.

The party commiserated with the dead and prayed God to grant families the fortitude to bear the loss.
