UROMI, Edo, Nigeria – Police officers attached to the Uromi division of the Nigeria Police Force,NPF have arrested thirty-one year old Abigail Oluwarotimi for violently assaulting her 15 year old house help.
It is not clear what offence the teenage boy committed.
But Abigail Oluwarotimi became infuriated and used a hot object suspected to iron on the laps of the boy, a 15 year old Jude Joseph which burnt his laps and private parts.
Police in UROMI said the suspect used a hot metal object to inflict burn injuries on his laps and genitals, on allegation that he molested her children.
Miffed by this development, the Commissioner of Police in Edo State, CP Umoru P. Ozigi psc, mnips has ordered the transfer of the case to the State Criminal Investigation Department SCID for thorough investigation.
