LAGOS, Nigeria – No doubt, government hospitals in Nigeria are so much in a terrible stat e that patronage has often been limited to the very poor and downtrodden in the society.
But with improvement in structure and services in some cosmopolitan cities, things appear to be looking up thus breaching the social divide when it comes to patronage.
But same cannot be said of some government hospital such as this one in this picture were patents who are undergoing treatment end up sleeping on iron springs without without mattress.
Sleeping on springs is just one of the anomallies common in government hospitals. There are issues of poor service by staff who lack the basis of interpersonal communication, which in a way robs off on thier attitude to patients and their relatives.
This pictures simply tells us what Nigerians go through in some of these hospitals.
