NATO warns Russia against attack on its infrastructure

BRUSSELS – The North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, NATO has said it will stand with Ukraine in the ongoing war as long as it takes.  NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg made the remarks while addressing a press conference in Brussels.

Stoltenberg said Ukraine has more momentum  but that Putin is failing in Ukraine, adding that recent  partial mobilization and nuclear rhetoric shows that the war is not going for Russia as planned.

“Russia knows that Nuclear cannot be fought and won”, adding that NATO is monitoring the Nuclear Forces of Russia. “We are monitoring Russian Nuclear forces and their position has not changed.”

He said Russia started this war and Russia will have to end this war by withdrawing forces from Ukraine

He said NATO has increased capability, monitoring its infrastructure and that any attack on its infrastructure will be met with coordinated attacks.

He said Russia is now resorting to horrific attacks in Ukraine. The War in Ukraine has lasted for more than seven moths leading to massive destruction of properties in Ukraine.

Both Russia and Ukraine have lost alot of human  and material resources as a result of the war.
