LAGOS, Nigeria – The Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo has been hospitalized in an unknown hospital in Nigeria.
In the message, the Vice President sent to Nigerians, he said he is currently undergoing a surgical procedure on account of a recurrent pain.
The vice president said the surgery has to do with a pain in the leg he sustained while playing squash.
“I have been admitted today at the hospital for a surgical procedure on account of a recurrent pain in the leg possibly sustained from an injury while playing squash”, Yemi Osinbajo said in the statement.
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has not been too prominent since he was defeated at the national convention of the All Progressive Congress, APC by the national leader of the APC, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
