April 9, 2015 – United Bank for Africa (UBA Plc), has fixed April 24, 2015 for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). Slated for Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, the meeting will start by 10 am.
Issues that will be discussed include declaration of dividend, to elect and re-elect directors, to authorized directors to fix remuneration for auditors, to elect members of audit committee and to receive audited accounts for the year ended December 2014, to receive report of auditors, directors and audit committees.
In a statement, Group Company Secretary, Mr. Bili Odum said that dividend will be posted on Monday April 27 if what is recommended by directors is approved.
However, register closed April 7.
