BERLIN – Turkey, which showed a lot of skills in the ongoing Euro 2024 encounter in Berlin has crashed out. Switzerland equally lost the bid to go into the semi finals this evening in Berlin.
Turkey lost 2-1 to Netherlands while Switzerland lost 5-3 on penalty to England.
The encounter between the two ended the quarter finals encounter at the Euro2024 fiesta setting the stage for the Semi final encounter.
The four teams going into the semi finals are England, Netherlands, France and Spain.
France and Spain will now slug it out in the Semi final stage at 8 pm on Tuesday, 9th of July while England will play Netherlands the same day at 5pm.
Most remarkable was the Turkey vs Netherlands encounter. Netherlands came from behind to beat Turkey 2-1 in the thrilling encounter.
