WASHINGTON – President DONALD TRUMP’S administration is secretly drafting a bombshell 28-point plan with Russia to end the bloodiest war in Europe since the Second World War, according to explosive reports.
The hush-hush deal, first revealed by Axios, aims to deliver “peace in Ukraine”, radically reshape “European security”, and redefine the future of US-Russia relations.
American officials are desperately hoping the comprehensive proposal will gain crucial support from both Ukraine and the European Union before being unveiled.
