Trump assures Qatar, incident will not repeat itself again

WASHINGTON, United States – President of the United States, Donald Trump was informed of Israel’s attack on Hamas leaders in Doha, Qatar, White House Spokesman, Caroline Leavitt has said.
She said the President also informed Prime Minister and the Emir of Qatar about the impending attack.
Leavitt said the Trump was informed by the U.S military of the attack and that the Trump directed the Middle East Envoy, Steve Witkoff to inform the Qatari about the attacks.
She said the President later spoke to Prime Minister and Emir of Qatar after the attack.
Leavitt said President Trump feels bad about the attack in Qatar and feels what has happened presents an opportunity for peace.
She said the President assured the Qatari that what happened will never be allowed to happen again.
She said the President wants all the hostages released and the war in Gaza will end.
She said that attacking Hamas is a worthy goal but not happy with attack since it does not advance Israel and U.S goal in the Middle East.
