LAGOS, Nigeria – The Johnsons, a popular television series on Dstv will now go off screen after running for thirteen years.
The series, which featured the likes of Charles Inoje, the Late Ada Ameh, Chinedu Ikedieze and the rest continued onscreen two years after the demise of Ada Ameh, one of the characters many looked out to watch each week.
The Johnsons, now taking a bow, excited many with the social issues it addresses each week while it lasted.
The Johnsons has Rogers Ofime as Executive Producer and Preye Odibo as Series Producer. Directed by Thomas Odia, the characters include Olusola Roberts, Ada Ameh, Charles Inojie, Chinedu Ikedieze, Gaji Sammie, Kunle Bamitefa, Olumide Oworo, Oriyomi Joseph, Gift Obasi, Itohan Iyamu among others.
