The Ad Hoc Division of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) will rule on Thursday rule on the appeal of Mr Maxim Agapitov, Acting President of the European Weightlifting Federation and President of the Russian Weightlifting Federation who was barred from attending the Tokyo Olympic 2020.
