Gunmen were on rampage in Anambra state while governor Willie Obiano was celebrating the 7th years anniversary of his administration. Barely 24 hours, unknown gunmen killed naval and police officers in Anambra state, a staff of the Nigeria Correctional Services, NCS ,other were killed on Friday.
