Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has stated that it would hold Chief Emeka Offor responsible if anything should happen to their lawyer Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor. In a statement, IPOB Head of Media , Mr. Emma Powerful said Offor connived with Nigeria security operative to attack Ejiofor and killed his personal assistant
