WASHINGTON  – Retired Army Gen. Colin L. Powell, who was an ROTC cadet, rose to become the first Black chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the youngest, and later served as secretary of state, died today at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, in Bethesda, Maryland. He was 84.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 281 new cases of Coronavirus pandemic, bringing  all time cases to  205, 765. But out of the 205, 765 all time cases,  193, 617  patients have been treated and discharged, while 2, 720  others could not make it alive, leaving Nigeria with 9428 active cases, while 19 patients died in the last 24 hours.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 255 new cases of Coronavirus pandemic, bringing all time cases to 204, 456. But out of the 204, 456 confirmed cases, 192, 620 patients have been treated and discharged, while 2, 677 others could not make it alive, leaving Nigeria with 9159 active cases, while 4 patients have died in the last 24 hours.
