Governorship candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance(APGA), Professor Chukwuma Soludo and his father, Chief Simeon Soludo and many others could not cast their votes at their ward earlier today following the failure of the Bimodal Verification Accreditation System, BVAS, deployed by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to boost credibility of the election.
