A Lagos lawyer, Akintola Makinde has filed a case at the Lagos High Court against the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority(LASTMA) seeking damages to the tune of N28,685,000 from the organization and its employee Babatunde Tijani, for alleged wrongful confiscation of his car and malicious prosecution
