LAGOS, Nigeria – Suspended former Chairman House Committee on appropriation, Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin denied allegations linking him with contracts awarded by Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency of Nigeria, SMEDAN to companies where he has interest.
The lawmaker who returned to Nigeria from self exile recently with a vow to continue his fight against corruption in the lower house tweeted that the story making the rounds is nothing but a lie.
According to him all the allegations contained in the said story in paragraphs 1 to 13 are nothing but lie.
“1-My attention has been drawn to the story going round that SMEDAN awarded contracts to companies with links to me. IT IS NOT TRUE!!! 1-13”, he said.
