July 17, 2015 – Ahead of his upcoming album which is billed for release before the end of the year 2015, contemporary highlife act, Solidstar is embarking on a tour to promote his album.
This comes after the successful release of two singles “Baby Jollof” in February which also featured Mavin Queen Tiwa Savage, and “In my head” in June 2015. Both singles have received massive airplay across radio stations and viewing on electronic and social media in Nigeria.
The artiste is taking his album promotion to the entertainment capitals of South Africa, with performances slated to hold in the cities of Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town. The tour, which will be organized and hosted by renowned production and media house; Pepperest Pictures PTY (Ltd) SA, will feature the artistes on stage at MOLOKO PRETORIA CLUB on the 17th of July 2015 and TASTE OF AFRICA Pretoria on the 26th of July 2015. The artiste will also tour major clubhouses in Johannesburg and Cape Town in a performance-packed July.
Solidstar has expressed excitement as he embarks on the tour as a chance to meet his fans outside Nigeria as well as build on a larger fan base network across the continent. The tour will travel to other parts of Africa at later dates, as a build up to the album release.
