LAGOS, Nigeria – Talented Nollywood star, Sola Sobowale has announced her entry into Bollywood after making her mark in the Nigerian movie industry.
The Nollywood star secured a contract for a movie which has not been named with Hamisha Daryani Ahuja, a well known Executive Director/ Producer in Bollywood.
Sola Sobowale will soon hit India for the project, where she will be playing a very dynamic role in an Indian film, which will feature in Bollywood channels such as Zworld, ZheTV and B4U, among others after touring major cinemas and she is excited about the development.
“I am so excited to announce that I will be working with record breaking Director/Exec Producer, @HamishaDaryaniAhuja on her upcoming project! And… get this….we will be going to India to film! I will be playing a very dynamic role in this project and cannot wait for you to watch it”, she said.
Adding her voice to the development, the executive director/producer, Hamisha Daryani Ahuja described Sola Sobowale as a legend in the Nollywood Industry.
According to her, “when I decided to cast her, I wondered if she would share my vision for this project…and she did!”, he said, adding Aunty Sola (as I call her) will be bringing her top notch professional acting to the project, and more importantly her beautiful energy.
“You’ll get to see her in a role that further showcases her acting range! Get ready to be entertained as #NollywoodGoesToIndia Can you guys guess what role Aunty Sola will be playing?”, she said.
