ASOKORO, Abuja – Nollywood sensation Regina Daniels is currently locked in a desperate battle with drug and alcohol addiction, which has turned her into a “violent” threat who has allegedly destroyed property and threatened to kill staff, according to her billionaire husband, Prince Ned Nwoko.
In a stunning revelation, Nwoko broke his silence on the marriage crisis, stating that the root of their problems is not martial discord but Regina’s spiralling substance abuse, claiming his young wife “needs rehabilitation.”
Nwoko painted a picture of domestic chaos, flatly denying any suggestion that he was the source of violence in their home.
“I have other wives, and none will ever accuse me of violence,” he stated, turning the accusation firmly back on the star.
The Prince alleged that in the past 48 hours alone, Regina became violently unstable, slapping and hitting three staff members without cause.
Further escalating the situation, she stands accused of destroying property, including smashing cars and windows in a chaotic outburst.
“Regina was not always like this,” Nwoko lamented. “Her current battle with drugs and alcohol abuse is the root of our problem”.
She must continue her rehabilitation program, or I fear for her life and safety.
The former lawmaker has now set a clear, non-negotiable condition for his wife: she must accept immediate rehabilitation either in Asokoro or outside Nigeria, specifically mentioning a facility in Jordan, where she will be cut off from her local suppliers.
The extent of the alleged crisis was highlighted during an incident involving their child, Moon, being taken to the hospital.
Nwoko claims that a clear-headed Regina would have rushed Moon to care, but instead, she “even threatened to kill our resident nurse” simply for exposing her alleged drug abuse.
Nwoko astonishingly named two individuals he claims are fuelling the actress’s addiction, referring to them as her drug suppliers.
He identified “Sammy” as Regina’s “main drug supplier” and described another source simply as “the tiny evil devil called Ann.”
While Nwoko took his child to the hospital, he alleges that the chaos at home was “orchestrated by Sammy.”
The bombshell statement reveals a deep-seated crisis behind the glitz and glamour of one of Nigeria’s most famous couples, leaving the actress’s safety and career hanging precariously in the balance.
