LAGOS, Nigeria – Afrobeat singer, Seun Kuti, who has been incarcerated for over one week now may be whisked to the Federal Neuropsychiatric home, Aro in Ogun State to have his brain examined for mental alacrity.
Seun Kuti’s bail was the subject of the trial at the Yaba Magistrate Court, but we gathered that the magistrate failed to sit today. Journalists who stormed the court for the trial were disappointed as the magistrate was no where to be found.

She was said to have gone for a crucial training. But Presidential candidate of the Action Alliance, AA, Omoyele Sowore said the magistrate disappeared.
He alleged that the Magistrate granted orders that were not pleaded in the open court for the musician who has a couple of international tours scheduled for the month to be whisked away to Aro, the psychiatric hospital in Ogun State for medical examination.
Trial will resume tomorrow, Wednesday.
