LAGOS, Nigeria – Renowned senator of the defunct Bendel State, Senator David Dafinone is dead. He was 92. His family is reportedly confirmed the development to the Bridge Newspaper. It is not clear what killed him.
The late senator is a well known chartered accountant. He is from Sapele, in Delta state and was said to have died in Lagos.
He became a senator under during the Nigerian Second Republic under the National Party of Nigeria (NPN).
